- 1983--Christ Hospital Mobile Care begins service
- 1983-- A second ambulance and on-site staff is added
- 1992--University Mobile Care begins service
- 2000--Christ, Jewish and University Mobile Care units merge to form the Health Alliance Medical
Transport Service
- 2000—A remote base is developed at TFHH
- 2003—Mobile Care is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Services (CAMTS)

Intensive Care for the community (TCH)

- Is the primary provider of 911 service to the University of Cincinnati campus and The University
Hospital
- Has a remote base at The Fort Hamilton Hospital to provide quicker response
- Staff participates in research and providing EMS, hospital and community education
- Has donated ambulances to smaller community EMS agencies in need of an ambulance
