When you call Alliance Medical Transport Service, a team of registered nurses and paramedic coordinators
work with our 24-hour communications specialists to provide the most appropriate transport and medical team for your patients.
We comply with COBRA and EMTALA laws in meeting your medical transport needs at all levels, including
basic life support (BLS), advanced life support (ALS), medical intensive care unit (MICU) and rotor wing  transport.
We are also CAMTS accredited in all of these levels and can coordinate fixed wing transport services when necessary.

Who can request our services?
Alliance Medical Transport can be called by any recognized medical authority, including:
- Hospitals
- Emergency medical service agencies and physicians
- Police and fire departments (Air Care)
- The general public cannot activate the service, but should call 911 or contact their local hospital or
EMS agency for help.
A specially trained registered nurse and paramedic communications coordinator is available 24 hours a day
to take your call and coordinate the transport.
